    An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Frasers Hospitality in a lead role as Head of Revenue, Distribution and Reservations. The Head of Revenue is responsible for driving the revenue strategy, optimising distribution channels and driving the commercial success of the brand.
     
    The Head of Revenue, Distribution and Reservations is a highly persuasive and influential commercial leader, responsible for the commercial revenue and pricing strategy framework across their brand to ensure optimisation of rooms revenue, drive total revenue delivery and ultimately support improved profitability. We are looking for someone with significant experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, further contributing to our position as a leading revenue team within the hospitality industry.
     
     
    What you’ll be doing as Head of Revenue, Distribution and Reservations:
    • Identify business shortfalls, risks and opportunities and implement supportive actions, in order to optimise the revenue of each Hotel
    • Responsible for supporting and developing the revenue management processes across all areas of each business unit ensuring topline revenue is maximised and bottom line profitability is supported and delivered
    • Cultivate a total revenue culture across all business units through the establishment of processes, compliance, training, structure and continuous (KRAs) measurement and refinement
    • Harbour strong commercial relationships with functional support teams, Hotel General Managers and other key stakeholders.
    • In conjunction with the Director of Revenue, Distribution & Reservations, will support the hotels reach and exceed their operational EBITDA budget, whilst exceeding market share metrics
     
    What we’re looking for:
    • Demonstrable experience in revenue management, distribution, and reservations within various multi-site hotel environments at Senior Regional revenue management or above.
    • Proficiency with revenue management systems (RMS), property management systems (PMS), and distribution channel management tools.
    • Experience with Opera property management system and Duetto revenue management system would be advantageous.
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful revenue strategies and optimising distribution channels.
    • Demonstrable experience of driving hotel performance through an action led, dynamic & innovative culture.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Significant experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, driving a hospitality leading culture of excellence.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders.
    • Highly organised, time efficient and able to work independently to drive commercial outperformance  
    • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Success orientated & continually striving for the best commercial outcome at hotel and brand level  
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
