    Starting salary £42,366 per annum with incremental progression based on performance to £48,615 per annumClosing date:

You will manage every aspect of the project-from planning and execution to completion-ensuring effective use of resources and budgets. Additionally, you will drive innovation by developing and implementing processes that continually enhance service delivery and meet the ever evolving needs of young people.
    About You

  • A proven leader with a passion for youth work and a track record of successfully managing teams and projects.
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to inspire and guide others. A commitment to continuous improvement and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in youth services.
  • This is a fundamental role within the Senior Management Team and is an ideal opportunity for an experienced leader or for someone looking to develop their career within Youth Work. Either way, you will have a genuine desire to deliver youth services that enable and amplify youths’ voices.
