Your new role

Responsibilities for this position include:
- Provide Facilities Management support.
- Customer service and administration activities.
- Delivering customer service through multiple channels.
- Ensuring SLA’s/KPIs are hit against our contractual agreements.
- Liaising with customers, operational staff and management to answer queries.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Experience working within customer service.
- Confident use of IT systems, including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
