Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 + Bonus

Our established UK law firm is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Litigation Solicitor to join our dynamic disputes team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident solicitor with a strong background in managing litigation matters end-to-end and who is looking to further develop their career within a progressive and supportive environment.

About the Role

You will take responsibility for a varied and engaging caseload, working closely with clients across a broad spectrum of civil and commercial disputes. The ideal candidate will be able to handle matters independently while delivering high-quality, strategic advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters from initial instruction through to resolution
• Draft, review and negotiate court documents, pleadings, correspondence and settlement agreements
• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed advice for clients
• Attend court hearings, mediations and negotiations where required
• Liaise with clients, counsel, experts and third parties
• Maintain accurate case management records and ensure compliance with deadlines
• Contribute to business development and client relationship management

Requirements:

• 3+ years PQE as a Litigation Solicitor
• 3+ years’ experience handling litigation matters end-to-end
• Strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
• Excellent advocacy, negotiation and drafting skills
• Ability to work autonomously while being a strong team player
• Exceptional communication, organisation and client-care skills
