How You’ll Make an Impact
• Provide expert consultation on HR policies and operational support, ensuring alignment with company standards and local labor laws.
• Investigate and resolve issues concerning working conditions and employee relations, contributing to a harmonious workplace.
• Assist Line Managers by advising on HR options, assessing risks, and helping determine the best course of action.
• Manage data and documentation at a local level with precision and confidentiality.
• Support the HRBP in implementing local HR projects and activities in line with organizational requirements.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager or HR team, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
What You Bring
• Proven experience in human resources, with a strong understanding of HR policies and local labor laws.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex employee relations issues.
• A collaborative approach, with a drive to cultivate a positive team culture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to successfully implement HR initiatives.
