Labor Director
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the coordination and implementation of training programs, ensuring they align with our strategic goals.
• Collaborate with HR teams across APAC countries to ensure consistent and successful implementation of learning initiatives.
• Support learning data analysis to gain insights into learner performance and engagement.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our learning processes and tools.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in English, particularly for effective communication with APAC countries.
• Be familiar with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Availability to work three days per week, including two days in the office and one day from home.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, promoting a collaborative environment.
• A proactive and ambitious attitude, eager to learn and grow within the HR field.
