HR Intern – Learning

    Key Responsibilities:
    Assist in the coordination and implementation of training programs, ensuring they align with our strategic goals.
    Collaborate with HR teams across APAC countries to ensure consistent and successful implementation of learning initiatives.
    Support learning data analysis to gain insights into learner performance and engagement.
    Contribute to the continuous improvement of our learning processes and tools.

    Requirements:
    Proficiency in English, particularly for effective communication with APAC countries.
    Be familiar with Excel and PowerPoint.
    Availability to work three days per week, including two days in the office and one day from home.
    Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, promoting a collaborative environment.
    A proactive and ambitious attitude, eager to learn and grow within the HR field.
