    They are now looking for an HR People Partner to join them on a full-time, 18-month fixed-term contract, working 35 hours per week.

    The Role

    As an HR People Partner, you will work across various directorates to provide expert HR support and ensure the successful implementation of our client’s People Strategy.

    Your key duties will involve providing HR advice, reviewing and developing HR processes, and collaborating with managers on talent management, employee engagement, and people development.

    You will also offer solutions for people-related matters, including workforce planning and wellbeing initiatives.

    Additionally, you will:

    – Support the delivery of the people strategy through expert advice and engagement

    – Use HRIM data for informed planning and decision-making

    – Collaborate with Learning & Development Partners to implement learning interventions

    – Support complex employee relations cases and maintain HR policies

    About You

    To be considered as an HR People Partner, you will need:

    – Extensive knowledge of HR processes, employment law, and best practices

    – Experience in an HR generalist or HR Business Partner role, with a background in coaching and developing people

    – Leadership, management, and change management experience

    – Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and HRIM systems

    – Strong communication, organisational, and influencing skills

    – Strategic thinking with a commercially minded approach in a non-profit setting

    – CIPD Level 5 or above qualification or relevant vocational experience
