As an HR Services Management Specialist at Siemens Energy, you will experience a dynamic and collaborative work environment. Your day will involve collaborating with the Regional HR Services Lead, talking to colleagues from various regions, and coordinating HR operations with a focus on excellence. From leading all aspects of seamless HR processes to driving transformative initiatives, every single day will present chances to create a significant impact. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Ensure efficient and flawless HR services delivery through an ecosystem of providers, including employee onboarding and off-boarding support, employee inquiries, and data management.
- Drive ambitious change initiatives across multiple HR functions, collaborating with senior business leaders.
- Strengthen process know-how to future-proof the organization and contribute to HR transformation projects.
- Support HR IT and business process initiatives, playing a key role in regional roll-outs and deficiency resolution.
- Work closely with business process outsourcing providers to maintain high-quality operations and address any issues promptly.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in HR services or business processes, including shared services and HR BPO outsourcing operations.
- Expertise in handling social and company benefits, with knowledge of local policies and regulations. (i.e. EA, Company Stock, Flexible Benefits, etc.)
- Familiarity with HR IT systems like Workday HCM, ServiceNow, and SAP.
- Strong background in managing partnerships and vendors in HR services.
- Track record of successfully implementing change and improvement projects in HR services.
- Outstanding problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to thrive in a global, collaborative environment.
- Degree in Administration with HR, HR/IT, or Business Information Systems or equivalent experience is desirable.
