    A Snapshot of Your Day

    As a Regional HR
    Services Reporting Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Regional
    HR Services Lead and can interface with colleagues from other regions and
    globally. You will be responsible for standardized reporting for our North
    American HR landscape and HR operations, which are currently delivered through
    an ecosystem of providers. Your role will involve ensuring and maintaining
    fit-for-purpose processes and governing end-to-end delivery. Additionally, you
    will play a key role in driving HR transformation initiatives within your
    region, implementing harmonized and standard processes, and working closely
    with counterparts in HR systems and HR Centers of Competencies.

    How You’ll Make an
    Impact

    • Generate
      and distribute standard HR reports on a regular basis.
    • Analyze
      HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can advise
      strategic decision-making. Provide data-driven recommendations to HR
      leadership.
    • Collaborate
      with the North American HR Services team to ensure accurate and timely
      reporting.
    • Continuously
      improve HR reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
      Implement best practices and standardized reporting procedures.
    • Work
      closely with the People, Systems & Services (PS&S) North America
      team and other stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver
      customized reports on a recurring or ad-hoc basis.

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor’s
      degree in administration with HR or a combination of HR/IT, or Business
      Information Systems desirable.
    • 2+
      years of experience in HR reporting and data analysis.
    • Strong
      analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency
      in HRIS systems, particularly Workday, and Microsoft Office Suite,
      especially Excel.
    • Problem
      solving and critical thinking skills with a continuous improvement
      mentality.
    • Self-directed
      with an ability to organize, plan, prioritize.
    • Outstanding
      communication skills & excellent organizational and time management
      skills!
    • Advanced
      fluency in English is required.
