urpose of the Position: Assist
the HSE Director France in prevention missions, ensure regulatory compliance,
and adherence to EHS rules.
Main Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the deployment of
EHS culture within the organization - Conduct regulatory monitoring
and ensure the implementation of associated actions - Prepare mandatory reports and
investigations in connection with the Authorities - Advise the organization on
specific EHS topics (PPE, operating procedures, prevention plan,
chemicals, investigations, etc.) and propose improvements - Consolidate and disseminate the
organization’s EHS statistics - Actively contribute to the
overhaul of Siemens Energy’s EHS processes in France - Monitor incident reporting and
AT/MP declarations - Lead actions from the annual EHS
program - Create communication materials
and communicate within the organization on EHS topics - Animate EHS prevention at the
Courbevoie site (offices) - Regular
travel within France
Profile:
- HSE Engineer by training with a
minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry - Good interpersonal skills and
good written and oral communication - Ability to work autonomously and
proactively - Cross-functional
management - Leadership

in English
the context of this job description, the main responsibilities of the country
HSE are based on Siemens Energy’s global EHS guidelines and principles. The
country HSE function includes the following elements:
- Legal structure and compliance
with national and local EHS regulations: Ensure that the EHS structure in
the country complies with legal requirements. If regulatory training is
required at the national level, country EHS leaders will identify vendors
and communicate requirements. - Health promotion and associated
programs: Ensure that health programs in Business Areas and Support
Functions comply with legal requirements. Collaborate to share best practices. - Regulation and compliance:
Communicate new or updated legal requirements to Business Areas and
Support Functions. - Support for incident reporting,
investigation, and root cause analysis: Escalate incident reports to the
Country Managing Director. Ensure compliance with regulatory agency
declarations. Verify data quality. Share lessons learned. - KPI Reporting: Train employees
on the EHS IT tool. Administer the tool and ensure the quality of entered
data. - Annual Reporting: Ensure timely
submission of EHS reports. - EHS Communications: Communicate
on country EHS topics in coordination with the country management team. - Project/Resource Management:
Work with Business Areas to align EHS resources according to needs. Be
informed of the EHS headcount budget and headcount requests.
