    Your Role:
    As a HVAC Engineer, you will:

    • Provide Expert Maintenance Support: Deliver top-notch building maintenance services to our clients.
    • Collaborate with a Skilled Team: Work alongside a team of multi-skilled technical support staff.
    • Supervise and Ensure Compliance: Oversee contractors and subcontractors, ensuring all work meets statutory obligations.
    • Embrace Flexibility: Adapt to varying work hours and tasks with a proactive attitude.
    • Manage Your Workload: Prioritise tasks effectively while supporting your colleagues.
    • Perform Preventative Maintenance: Conduct maintenance and installation as per contract requirements.
    • Ensure Compliance and Safety: Maintain assets according to O&M Manuals and adhere to Health & Safety legislation.
    • Handle Reactive Repairs: Keep building assets functional and operational, addressing repairs promptly.
    • Diagnose and Repair Faults: Anticipate issues, diagnose faults, and record all work accurately.
    • Maintain Clean and Safe Environments: Ensure all equipment and plant areas are clean, safe, and secure.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Qualified Professionals: Time served apprenticeships or NVQ qualification in Heating and Ventilation or a mechanical discipline.
    • Customer Service Excellence: A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
    • Health & Safety Expertise: In-depth knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation and building statutory compliance.
    • Physical Capability: Ability to carry tools and equipment (up to 20kg), work at heights, and occasionally cover night shifts.
    • Full UK Driving Licence: Essential for the role
    • Comfortable working at heights
