Industrial Electrician (Renewables)£39,000 per annum (65k OTE)Role covers UK & Ireland + Nordic regionsAre you an Industrial Electrician with a range of experience looking to become a Wind Turbine Commissioner, to have a full range of training and development with a top 3 global company?Do you have an Industrial Electrician OR an Electrical Engineer background with a range of experience? Are you looking for a position with a rotational shift pattern and lots of overtime commissioning wind turbines?On offer is a position that operates on a 3 week away, 1 week at home rotational shift pattern so you will have to be comfortable with staying away. With this has the opportunity to significantly boost earnings through plenty of overtime.You will receive lots of industry specific and OEM training, a tiered progression structure in line with your skills development and a salary that increases with your progression in skill level.In this role, employees typically work a lot of overtime while away on site and easily earn 70k+ depending on the hours worked. You will have a full range of technical and career development opportunities available to you as your skills progress.To be considered for this position you need to be fully flexible to work away from home on a 3:1 basis, have a skills background as an Industrial Electrician or Electrical Maintenance Engineer and have a varied fault finding experience and be fully physically fit to work at height and climb ladders.The Role:
- Wind Turbine Commissioning, New Sites & Site Extensions in the UK, Ireland, Nordic Regions
- Full OEM training to take a wind turbine from mechanical state to fully functional and producing electricity
- 3 week on, 1 week off rotation (every Sunday off when on 3 weeks working, travel back Saturday for your full 1 week off)
- Lots of overtime, earning in the region of 65k
The Person:
- Qualified Industrial Electrician or Electrical Engineer
- Physically fit and able to wok at heights
- Full Driving License
