A Snapshot of Your
Day:
We are looking for a
highly experienced team leader for with a strong background in power
transformers, preferably following European standards. You will lead all
aspects of the day-to-day processes of multiple crews, including field service
workers, field service supervisors, and commissioning engineers.
How you will make
an Impact:
- Lead and manage daily operations of
several crews involved in installation and commissioning (I&C)
activities. - Ensure efficient communication and people
management for daily, weekly, and task deliveries. - Report I&C progress, correspondence,
and status to project managers. - Conduct review meetings with the
management team. - Handle I&C topics with customers and
on-site stakeholders. - Travel as needed to support I&C
activities on a partial basis.
What you Bring:
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical
Engineering, or equivalent experience. - Proven experience in a related field.
- Solid understanding of installation and
commissioning of power transformers, preferably in the high voltage range. - Experience in leading on-site crews and
supervising I&C processes - Knowledge and experience in quality
assurance on-site, EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) standards. - Project planning experience is a plus.
- Availability to travel.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
