ITSM Analyst – Change Management – £550 per day – inside IR35 + NI and Apprenticeship Leve = £645/day
A leading financial company driven by Business change in the clearing/ post-trade world are seeking an ITSM Analyst to focus on the Change Management process.
This is a vital role within the organisation reporting into the ITSM Manager to ensure changes are implemented throughout the organisation, you must be able to effectively collaborate with other IT departments to ensure the smooth running of change processes.
Responsibilities
- Leading the change management process
- Clash management and scheduling to ensure there are no conflicts
- Logging and reviewing changes
- Assessing the operational and technical changes
- Chairing CAB meetings
- Performing impact and risk analysis
- Ensure PIRs and retrospective changes are conducted.
- Ensure the CMDB is updated to reflect change activity
Skills/Experience
- Excellent knowledge of ITSM methodology
- ITIL Qualified / demonstratable experience of managing within an ITIL environment
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proven experience driving change
- Updating the CMDB
- Maintaining change policy
