    This is an opportunity for a junior customer success manager or account manager to take their next progression with a leading publishing and media business.     You will be tasked with managing customer accounts across a variety of industries and creating opportunities to grow customer revenue and build new accounts. Working collaboratively across the teams to provide intelligence, support, and informed insights.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Work collaboratively with all departments to support customer queries and produce progress reports.
    • Oversee management of key customer accounts to generate invoices and additional documents.
    • Lead negotiations on new or renewal agreements with key customers.
    • Be the first point of contact for your key accounts and become an industry expert.

    Successful candidate will display:

    • Previous experience in a customer success or account manager role.
    • Experience with working with customer databases, orders / invoice processing.
    • A good team player with a self-motivated, proactive approach to work.
    • Understanding of CRM systems
