Your new role
You will work as a Landlord and Tenant Surveyor, based in their East Midlands office. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and advising on landlord and tenant matters, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and maximising the value of our clients’ property portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting detailed property inspections and surveys.
- Preparing and negotiating lease agreements and renewals.
- Advising clients on rent reviews, lease renewals, and lease restructuring.
- Providing expert advice on landlord and tenant disputes.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant property legislation and regulations.
- Preparing detailed reports and documentation for clients.
- Collaborating with other departments to provide comprehensive property solutions.
