- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour
- Attention to safety protocols
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with site preparation, including digging, lifting, and moving materials
- Operating machinery and tools as needed
- Following health and safety guidelines
