As a large Stream Turbine Mechanical Engineer, you will
direct teams of field service engineers & technicians and craft labor
personnel in the installation, repair maintenance and troubleshooting of steam
turbines and generators at various customer sites.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Direct teams of field
service engineers & technicians and craft labor personnel in the
installation, repair maintenance and troubleshooting of steam turbines and
generators at various customer sites. - Coordinate and handle
staffing of project team at customer sites. - Provide steam turbine
knowledge and expertise to division management, customer management,
product line management and suppliers. - Review and carry out
customer contract requirements. - Prepare and forward
accurate reports concerning the condition and repairs and recommendations
for customer equipment. - Responsibility to comply
and / or implement the protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies
of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality).
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in
Mechanical Engineering or related field - 4+ years’ experience as a
mechanical field service engineer for Steam Turbines. - Technical Knowledge on
Steam turbines, electrical generators and associated auxiliary systems. - Good verbal communication
skills with the ability to fluently speak, write, and read in English, - Willingness to travel
domestically and internationally up to 80% of time Teamwork - Strong leadership and
organizational skills with the ability to lead a crew of mechanics and
interface with multiple levels of customer organization

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power
generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power
generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators.
Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and
digitalization of the fleet.
