    Role Overview:
    As a Lead Generation Specialist/Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, youll be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, nurturing prospects, and setting the foundation for successful client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
    • Prospecting: Research potential clients, gather key decision-makers contact information, and tailor your approach to their needs.
    • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
    • Client Engagement: Initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients to identify their challenges and pitch our clients solutions.
    • CRM Management: Accurately log and track all interactions with prospects using CRM software.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads and align on strategies for achieving sales targets.
    • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to position our client effectively.
    • Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead generation activities, progress, and results to the sales manager.
