THE ROLE: To provide general secretarial, administrative and client support.To assist with office administration duties supporting the Practice Manager as needed.To effectively use the case management system in production of legal documentation.Dealing with queries in a professional manner.THE CANDIDATE:Computer literate – MS Office Suite.Audio typing advantageous. Excellent communication skills.Team player who is happy to adapt to the needs of the business.Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst managing a varied workload.Able to demonstrate a high level of discretion.
