- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Property Disputes
- Insolvency disputes
- Professional negligence
Qualifications for this Litigation Solicitor vacancy:
- Solicitor – admitted in England & Wales NQ – 5 years’ PQE
- A completed training seat within general litigation
- Strong advocacy experience
- Good negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Business development experience
