A logistics coordinator is responsible for
managing all aspects of shipping routes and delivery, specifically withregard
to customer satisfaction. As a logistic coordinator, customer satisfaction is a
priority as this is how business remains successful. Responding immediately to customer questions
and complaints and notifying them of any delays in the delivery schedule is
essential to this position.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Overseeing all supply chain operations and
managing inventory, storage, and transportation. - Analyzing and optimizing logistical
procedures. - Plan and track shipment of final products
according to customer demand. - Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and
delivery of shipments monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity. - Managing workflow, scheduling production
times for each project, and coordinating the receiving or shipment of supplies
or equipment. - Recruit and coordinate logistics staff
(e.g. truck driver’s) according to availabilities and requirements - Arrange same-day deliveries whenever
possible and Prepare accurate invoices
What You Bring
- Bachelor degree and
above. Major in International Business, Commerce, Engineering, Automation - 7+ years experience
in Supply Chain Management or similar area. - Good command of
English speaking communication. - Knowledge of
INCOTERMS/SAP/Customs - Supplier
Selection/Supplier Evaluation/Risk Evaluation/Classification for common
supplier - Knowledge of cost
management and budget control
