Maintenance Assistant

Are you a hands-on Maintenance Assistant looking for your next challenge?
Were working with our client to recruit amulti-skilled Maintenance Assistantto join their busy Facilities team in Chandlers Ford. This is a varied, hands-on role covering planned/reactive maintenance, basic plumbing, carpentry, decorating, landscaping, and general site upkeep.
Salary:£up to £27 DOE / £13.85 per hour
Hours:37.5 per week, Monday to Friday
Based in Chandlers Ford with some travel between sites.
What youll need:
?Previous maintenance experience
?Good all-round skills (carpentry, plumbing, decorating, basic electrics/PAT)
?Strong Health & Safety awareness
?Ability to work independently and as part of a team
?Full UK driving licence (essential)
