    How You’ll Make an Impact

    • Conducting regular maintenance checks on all manufacturing machinery and tools to prevent malfunctions.
    • Quickly responding to and resolving any breakdowns to minimize downtime.
    • Maintaining detailed reports of your maintenance activities and ensuring the inventory of equipment and supplies is up-to-date.
    • Implementing safety standards and ensuring the transformers meet all safety regulations.
    • Collaborating with other departments to determine maintenance needs and schedule interventions.
    • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to improve the efficiency and reliability of our operations.
    What You Bring

    • A background in maintenance, with a proven track record of successfully implementing maintenance strategies.
    • Professional technical school education with a predisposition for manual work.
    • Strong ability to work in a team but also independently we needed, with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Experience in a maintenance department is a plus.
    • Proficiency in English is an advantage, making valuable contributions to your communication skills in our diverse work setting.
    • knowledge of the Italian language (written and spoken) is required.
