More about your role
We are looking for a Multi skilled Maintenance Technician who will play a key role in delivering planned and reactive maintenance. On a daily basis, you will be responsible in ensuring that the site is maintained to the highest possible standard.

Working as part of the wider Derwent FM team, you will ensure that PPM programmes are completed on time. The nature of the work you will be assigned is varied and will including plumbing, painting/ decorating and carpentry. Knowledge of CAFM (or an equivalent system for managing PPM and reactive tasks) is required. In addition, Accessory Replacement including Safe isolation is desired.
This role is 5 days a week on site but will also include being on call.
