An experienced Maintenance Technician is required for a facilities management company in Stockton On Tees.
A Maintenance Technician is required for a temporary assignment to carry out planned preventative maintenance, remedial works, reactive repairs and manage/supervise sub contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all PPMs are carried out in line with PPM planner and SLAs.
Ensure all vendors deliver services in line with the contractual obligations and expectations. - To identify, reduce and manage all risks (technical, statutory, health and safety, commercial or otherwise) associated with PPM operations.
- Assist contract support and Contract Manager in administering the PPM and reactive monthly works.
- Ensure the provision of health and safety working conditions and that both clients and Company health and safety policy and process is effectively implemented across both business and sub-contractor’s activities, and regularly review a percentage of each task.
- Working with the Contract Manager & Contract Support to ensure appropriate control/monitoring systems PPM & reactive works
