    We will now take the next step and are looking for a manager as part of our Engineering department responsible for order and development project.

    We are looking for manager who want to be involved in developing our Heat Pump future.

    The team consists of approximately 10 employees.

    They are distributed within the following areas of responsibility/roles:

    • Process System

    • Refrigerant System

    • Auxiliary System

    • Detection System

    How You’ll Make an Impact

    • You have personnel and budget responsibility in your area as well as responsibility for technical solutions in the delivery projects.

    • As a manager and leader, you are expected to be the driving force in all matters relating to the development of personnel and operations.

    • Together with your employees, you must be able to transform thoughts and ideas about technical solutions and process changes into practical action.

    • In addition, you must be able to stimulate employees’ personal development and create commitment.

    What You Bring

    Great interest in developing your employees.

    • You have great drive and like challenges

    • You have solid experience in installation, construction or commissioning

    • As a person, you are analytical, creative and like to work with continuous process improvements

    • As a leader, you are responsible and can create a good working climate where everyone’s knowledge is put to good use.

    • If you have previous management experience and experience with a heat pump, it is meritorious.

    Our Gas Services division
     offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
