    How You’ll Make an Impact

    • Conduct thorough visual inspections and
      functional verifications, ensuring the calibration validity of the entire
      consignment.
    • Oversee the filling and refilling of all
      necessary items in Engineering Containers, Tool Kits, and Special Tooling Kits.
    • Ensure all consignments are prepared before the
      target date.
    • Develop and maintain Standard Operating
      Procedures (SOPs) and inspection checklists for all tools and special kits.
    • Provide daily status updates in the Order
      Tracking Sheet.
    • Inform the Order Management Team of any
      deviations promptly.
    • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for
      ordering, servicing, and calibrating equipment and tools, in alignment with
      Order Management and Tooling Finance.
    • Inspect Tool Kits received from sites, prepare
      discrepancy lists for the Order Management and Tooling Finance Teams for
      invoicing, and replenish Tool Kits for the next job.
    • Ensure all prepared Tool Kits are tagged as
      “Inspection Completed & Ready for Shipment.”
    • Determine project requirements and develop work
      schedules for the team.
    • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure goals are
      met.
    • Liaise with team members, management, and
      clients to ensure projects meet standards.
    • Identify risks early and develop contingency
      plans.
    • Analyze existing operations and schedule
      training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
    • Maintain transparency with the team about
      challenges, failures, and successes.
    • Write progress reports and deliver presentations
      to relevant stakeholders.

    What you Bring

    • Bachelor’s
      degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
    • Experience
      in a similar role is advantageous.
    • Excellent
      technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
    • Strong
      leadership and organizational abilities.
    • Willingness
      to build professional relationships with staff and clients.
    • Excellent
      communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
