    MFL Teacher

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging MFL lessons in line with the curriculum
    • Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
    • Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback
    • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
    • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices
    • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities
    • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and attainment

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
    • Degree in Modern Foreign Languages or a related field
    • Proven experience teaching MFL at the secondary level
    • Strong classroom management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to inspire and motivate students
    • Commitment to continuous professional development
