A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Micro Substations Solution Manager (f/m/d), you will globally lead development and management of our compact, modular electrical substation solutions, designed and customized for efficient power distribution in urban or remote scenarios. The ideal candidate will oversee the solution lifecycle, from consolidation to launch, ensuring alignment with market needs, internal regional stakeholder, customer requirements and company strategy. You will lead redesign and customization efforts as necessary. Responsibilities include market analysis, solution roadmap development, multi-functional team collaboration, and customer engagement. A strong technical background and project management skills are essential.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Technical project management and oversight throughout the lifecycle of the Micro Substation solution, including reviewing and specifying technical requirements
- Technical clarification for pre-layout development, design, and equipment specifications
- Cross-checking new contracts to ensure adherence to cooperation agreements with partners
- Conducting market studies for EV, rural electrification, and 5G antennas; managing costs and investments during new developments
- Tracking portfolio growth, providing monthly status reports, and ensuring project alignment with the Business Plan
- Acting as a communication interface between stakeholders, supporting customer meetings, providing technical training, and representing the solution at global events
What You Bring
- Completed studies in engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
- Several years of solid professional experience in engineering or a design-related area
- Solid technical knowledge of power supply systems
- Fluent English and Portuguese skills as a plus
- Structured working style, strong communication skills, good organizational abilities, initiative, analytical skills, and customer orientation round off your profile
- Willingness to travel worldwide, for at least 25% of the annual working time, as well as for occasional trips within Europe
