Multi-Skill Engineer – Northampton
Our client is a well-established Facilities Management company that has excelled and enjoyed record levels of growth in the past 2 years and now requires additional engineers to join their growing, friendly team.

Responsibilities:
• Service and Maintenance works for Commercial and Retail clients• Assisting with/leading scheduled PPM contract visits• Attending sites for urgent reactive works• Liaising with office staff to progress jobs in an effective and timely manner• Logging and submitting work reports electronically• Ensuring high standards are always maintained and procedures adhered to
Candidate Specification:
Essential:• IPAF Certification• Full, clean Driving Licence
Desirable:
• At least two qualifications from; Gas, Plumbing & Heating, Electrical, Fabric• 3+ years’ experience• PASMA Certification• Proficient with IT (work is issued and reports filed electronically)
Additional Notes:
The role will suit an experienced Engineer with qualifications and experience in multiple disciplines (disciplines covered by the company include Gas, Air Conditioning, Electrical, Plumbing & Heating, HVAC and Fabric works); with the salary on offer varying based on the experience and qualifications held by the successful applicant.
