    We are looking for a New Business Account Handler
    with experience in the insurance sector, ideally from a broker background.

    Location:
    Lancing, West Sussex (Hybrid)

    Salary:
    £31,884.88 per annum, Band D, Level 3 (inclusive of market supplement)

    Working Hours:
    35 hours per week, with at least 3 days in the office

    Job Type:

    As the New Business Account Handler, Key Responsibilities:

    • Engaging with small to medium-sized charities
    • Acquiring new business through telephone-based interactions.
    • Meeting goals related to new business growth, lead generation, and conversions.
    • Providing guidance on insurance needs, securing competitive quotes, and closing deals.
    • Offering information, guidance, and quotes to prospects in respect of their insurance needs

    Who we re looking for as our New Business Account Handler:

    • Experience in selling and broking insurance for charities
    • Knowledge of FCA Compliance and TCF practices
    • Insurance qualifications (Cert CII or Diploma).
    • Demonstrated success in new business sales, with a focus on client acquisition.
    • Computer literacy and proficiency with insurance systems.
    • Excellent customer service skills
