    Salary: Up to £80,000An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Home Manager to join our client’s service, a beautiful and modern care home situated near the River Lea in Ware. It provides Residential, Nursing, Palliative, and Dementia care within a vibrant and supportive community.This is your chance to become part of a dynamic team and make a real difference to the lives of residents.     • Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager within a care home
    • setting.
    • A valid Nursing PIN
      or management qualifications (NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent).
    • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and the ability to ensure compliance.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    • Passion for delivering person-centred care with compassion and empathy.

    • Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and staff, promoting a welcoming and supportive environment.
    • Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels to ensure the home operates efficiently.
    • Implement innovative care practices and drive improvements to continually enhance the quality of service
