About the role:As a Nurture Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in helping pupils feel safe, supported, and ready to learn. This may involve:

• Working 1:1 or with small groups of students
• Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour
• Building strong, trusting relationships
• Assisting teachers in delivering engaging learning environments
