    The company:Our client based in the Portadown has been successfully trading for over 20 years and is firmly established as one of the UK & Ireland’s leading building services company.
    They are a market leader in their industry and are a passionate and innovate company. They are recruiting for a Office Administrator on a permanent basis. Hours of work are Monday – Thursday 8.30-5 and Friday 8.30-4. Salary £26k.
    The role:As Office Administrator duties include:

  • Working with the Accounts and Service departments
  • Creating and updating records and databases with financial and other data
  • Maintaining service levels and Key Performance Indicators with customers
  • Preparation of reports for management team
  • Working with supply chain to complete jobs
  • Undertake telephone management duties when required
  • On the job training will be provided
