Office Coordinator job in Virginia Water
Your new company
Our client is a medium-sized organisation with a global presence. Due to growth, they have created a new role to assist various teams across the office.
Your new role
You will predominantly be supporting the Executive Assistant, taking on some of the administrative duties within their role, from travel arranging to expenses and pulling together information for expenses.
You will also support the recruitment manager with administration as required, sending interview confirmations and scheduling.
The other aspects of the role will include covering reception on an ad hoc basis and taking on administrative tasks from other teams.
What you’ll need to succeed
This role would suit an individual with strong administration skills who enjoys a varied role and working as part of a team.
Experience of dealing with senior stakeholders would be advantageous.
Confident user of MS Office packages
Ideally, experience of travel booking, meeting organising and diary management.
What you’ll get in return
Salary of £30,000 – £33,000 p.a.
