    About The Role:

    An established, forward thinking mid-size architecture studio in London are seeking an Office Manager/PA to join their team on a permanent basis.

    Working out of a beautiful office in a buzzy part of town, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio and provide PA support to Directors, working closely with the Head of Operations and Finance. Our client is seeking someone who is pro-active, can take initiative and hold a collaborative and friendly personality. This role is a great opportunity for someone who has experience in a similar role or strong experience at coordinator level who’s ready for that next step.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the day-to-day running of the studio
    • Help to promote a positive, collaborative and social environment
    • Support the director where needed with scheduling and emails
    • Proofread bid and proposal documents and support with presentations
    • Arrange travel and internal/external meetings
    • Ensure office supplies are maintained
    • Maintain internal databases
    • Organise office activities, events, and employee initiatives
    • Manage health and safety compliance and assist with HR tasks
    • Ensure a warm welcome is received by visitors and guests
    • Support with finance admin/processing and assist with IT issues as needed

    Key Skills/Requirements:

    • Previous experience in a similar role; ideally within architecture, design, or creative industries
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • A professional and positive approach
    • Excellent multitasking, time management, and prioritisation skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and InDesign skills advantageous
    • Meticulous attention to detail
    • Proactive approach with confidence in anticipating needs and solving problems efficiently
