Cambridge Business Support are working with an electronic manufacturing business. They are seeking an Office Admin & Sales Analyst to join their team in Cambridge on a maternity cover 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be the backbone of the office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including greeting visitors, managing communications, and producing high-level reports and presentations.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Oversee general office operation, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Greet visitors warmly and manage incoming phone calls with world-class service.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and manage staff calendars, expenses, and schedules.
- Organise domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals.
- Collaborate with the Finance department for the processing of invoices.
- Purchase office supplies and equipment, maintaining proper inventory levels.
- Produce analyses, reports, and compose correspondence.
- Create presentations and other management-level reports.
- Organise travel and events for the Sales team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in office administration.
- Proven office management experience.
- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively.
Desired Requirements:
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
