    O&M Permit to Work Officer

    We are preparing to ramp up our team with PTW
    officer on of the power plants that are operated and maintained by SIEMENS
    ENERGY on behalf of its owner.

    A person authorized in writing by the Station
    Manager to oversee the PTW Office. During office hours this role is assigned to
    one of the shift charge engineers. The duty of the PTW Officer is to ensure,
    that work in the Power Plant is done always under safe and secure conditions.
    The PTW-Officer is a temporary role at the Power Plant generally carried out by
    a non-on-duty Shift Charge Engineer.

    Ensure that precautions are taken to eliminate
    all sources of potentially hazardous energy to prevent accidents. The Permit to
    Work Officer follows the procedure of the workflow which ensures a safe working
    environment for the employees and plant by including several mutual checks by
    experienced persons and creating a fail-safe situation. The scope incorporates
    the overall monitoring of the Permit to Work Process.

    How You Will Make an Impact

    • Receive approved Work Order/ Work Request from Authorized
      Applicant            
    • Prepare Work Permit and relevant attachments, such as Entry
      Permit, Fire Precautions and Isolation List                                                                                                            
    • After the Senior Authorized Person approves Work Permit with
      attachments, hand over relevant documents to Authorized Person to prepare
      working area                                                        
    • Receive confirmation of isolation from Authorized Person. Lock
      isolation key(s) and distribute the safe key(s)                                                                                                                                   
    • Release Work Permit in PMS, hand over original copy to Authorized
      Applicant                            
    • Confirm completion of work of Authorized Applicant by signing the
      Work Permit                           
    • Release normalization in PMS. Distribute isolation keys.                                                            
    • Receive confirmation of normalization from Authorized Person                                                    
    • Close Work Order and file original Work Permit in PTW Office    

    What You Bring

    • Several years’ experience in erection, commissioning, operation,
      or maintenance of Power Plants
    • Several years’ experience in other areas of responsibility (e.g.:
      Oil& Gas Business)         
    • Experience as a Shift Charge Engineer                                                                                      
    • Experience in projects/ processes of foreign countries or
      companies are appreciated.
