    Permanent opportunity for a Stock Condition Surveying Manager for a consultancy based in Cheshire.

    Your new company is a consultancy based near Warrington who specialise in stock condition surveys in the social housing sector.
    Your new role

    As the Operations Manager, you will oversee Survey Services projects across the UK, working closely with our Head of Survey Services and collaborating with the Board of Directors. The Survey Services division encompasses Asset Management (Stock Condition Surveys) and Energy Services, including Energy Performance Certificates.
    Your primary responsibility is to ensure the operational and commercial performance of Survey Services team aligns with our key business objectives and specific service targets.In this role, you will provide effective leadership to Project Managers, surveyors, graduates, and subcontracted Associates, ensuring all client work is delivered to the required quality standards and meets contractual obligations.
    What you’ll need to succeed

    To succeed, you will need to hold experience in a similar management role, ideally in a consultancy environment managing stock condition surveys. Client-side experience working for a housing association will also be suitable. You’ll possess a degree in Building Surveying and will be someone who is open to working in a client-facing role.
