Operations Support Administrator
London (across two sites)

By training couple therapists and providing clinical services to couples and parents online, they provide a range of affordable services to help people with difficulties, sexual problems and parenting challenges.
They are now looking for an Operations Support Administrator to join their team on a permanent, part-time basis, working 21 hours per week (0.56FTE), to be worked during their operational hours, which are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 9pm, and Saturday, 8am to 5pm.
This role will be worked across 3 day and will include Monday and Tuesday evenings.

The Role
As an Operations Support Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our client’s clinical services.
Acting as the primary point of contact for service users, trainees and therapists, you will manage client interactions, maintain accurate customer records and oversee the general upkeep of the premises, ensuring it is welcoming and well-maintained for all visitors.
You will also respond to client and clinician inquiries through phone and email, assist with booking and cancellations and support operational tasks such as room allocations and health and safety incident reporting.
Additionally, you will:
– Support customer feedback by administering outcome monitoring questionnaires
– Resolve building maintenance issues
– Collaborate with staff on routine administrative duties for clinical and training operations
About You
To be considered as an Operations Support Administrator, you will need:
– The ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
– Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills
– Great organisational skills
