Lead Developer – Healthcare Management System
Location: London (2 days a month)
Salary: Up to £90,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 6-8 developers
- Design and implement innovative solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Ruby, JavaScript (ideally React), SQL
- Experience with Heroku/AWS
- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities
- CICD experience
