Order Management Lead– Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Order Management Lead is responsible for the accuracy and
timeliness of the production process. Also, responsible for managing internal
customers and coordinating with colleagues during the entire process. As the
Order Management Lead you will work and interact with multiple functions &
departments in the company (Production, Purchasing, Quality, & Logistics
etc.) to ensure seamless master data & order processing, timely execution,
and exceptional customer service. You will lead a team of order management professionals,
set priorities, and streamline processes to optimize efficiency and customer
satisfaction like on-time-delivery. Duties include a specific focus on the
materials and goods required in the production phase, ensuring the workspace is
properly maintained to have optimal performance.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Creating
reports for Top Management. (Load Plan, Projects Breakdown Hours, and
Projects Overview Schedules). - Manage
production orders from order till handover to customer. - Load
and capacity planning (LIGHT) – Existing tool to upload the projects hours
as planned to give global team the overview of SEDH. - Leading
the OM Team. - Developing
pre-order schedules for important Sales Projects in Co-operation with
other Siemens Energy Global Factories. - Involving
and coordinating with Cross-functional departments during the entire
project execution process. - Initiate
internal kick off meetings and drive daily production status meeting. - Regularly
analyses order plans, critical timelines from sales operation and
available stocks of materials, parts and components. - Analyze
back up orders, current orders and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan,
and schedule the production operations. - Understanding
the production delays, analyzing the root causes and providing solutions. - Monitor
Material Issuance Request to move the material from Warehouse to
Production as per schedule. - Frequent
Monitoring of production progress. - Maintain
record of net allowed hours (NAH) and create status reports (Planned vs
Actual).
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s
degree in supply chain management or manufacturing, associate degree, or
College Diploma. - 5-7
years of successful experience in area of responsibility and successful
demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge as presented above. - Knowledge
of project management process. - knowledge
of MS Project software and MS Office Apps, SAP PP shall be an added
advantage.
