    Our client a leading company within their industry sector are seeking a Customer Services Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

    Reporting to the Customer Services Supervisor you will be responsible in assisting the smooth running and administrative function of this busy office.

    The successful candidate must have a strong background in Customer Services and have an excellent telephone matter alongside a keen eye for detail.

    This role is offered on a hybrid basis following successful completion of probation.

    Due to the location of my client, candidates will ideally hold a full UK driving license and have access to their own vehicle.

    Responsibilities;

    • Client order / returns processing
    • Order/Delivery Coordination
    • Ensuring all client accounts, invoicing, sales inputs, and pricing are correct
    • Managing invoice queries
    • Daily account management

    You must be / have;

    • Previous administrative experience
    • Strong organisational Skills
    • Excellent MS Office skills
    • Experience working with CRM’s
    • Previous experience within an Account Management role would be advantageous.
