My client, a Chartered Financial Planning firm based in Taunton, is seeking an ambitious Paraplanner to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to accelerate your career and gain exposure to a wide variety of cases within a dynamic and supportive environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Process Leadership – Keep workflows structured and efficient, ensuring cases move seamlessly from start to finish.

• Paraplanning Excellence – Prepare high-quality suitability reports across investments, pensions, and protection.

• Case Oversight – Track, chase, and progress cases with minimal management input.

• Provider Liaison – Use automated systems (Outlook & CRM) to manage provider follow-ups and avoid bottlenecks.

• CRM & Workflow Management – Maintain accurate client records and case notes in Enable.

• Collaboration – Work closely with advisers and administrators to maintain accountability and high standards.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 1+ years’ paraplanning experience, ideally working towards or holding Level 4 DipPFS.

• Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive.

• Process-minded problem solver with a focus on efficiency.

• Tech-savvy with CRMs, workflows, and automations.

• A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
