Qualified Social Worker – Younger Adults Community Mental Health Team
Part time 3 days per week
Chepstow, Monmouthshire
up to £37 per hour payrolled via an umbrella company
We are looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join Monmouthshire County Council for an initial 6 month period covering a secondment from January 2025 preferably. This role is within the Young Adult Community Mental Health Team. This is a part time position predominantly based on site in Chepstow Hospital; 3 days per week to undertake predominatly care planning work, assessments and reviews. Pay rate for this role is in line with the market rate of £35 – £37 per hour.
To apply for this role, you will need to hold –
- Experience of working with clients with mental health needs (or generic adults experience)
- A relevant Social Work Qualification
- Registration with Social Care Wales
- Enhanced DBS registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS
- 3 Years of referencing
- Driving license with access to a car
