Planning Coordinator – Engineering (1 Year Fixed) – MC267573
Production / Engineering Planner required for a material testing manufacturer based in Hook. As the Planner you will be Supporting the Planning team, as the planning co-ordinator your key focus is the approval of Sales orders and the raising of associated Works Order’s; ensuring the system is up to date prior to the weekly MRP run.
Liaising daily with the Sales, Production and procurement teams, providing timely updates and escalating risk/ constraints affecting despatch dates.
Planning Coordinator – Engineering (1 Year Fixed) Position Overview
Raising works orders in alignment with sales order
Liaise with Procurement to ensure works orders are up to date and aligned with Purchase orders
Review list of sales orders to be approved
Approve the required sales orders and feedback to the sales team in a timely manner.
Planning Coordinator – Engineering (1 Year Fixed) Position Requirements
Excellent verbal, written communication skills
Excellent EXCEL skills, able to create/use Pivot tables and other EXCEL functions
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent time management
Experience in using ERP/MRP system
Planning Coordinator – Engineering (1 Year Fixed) Position Remuneration
1 Year Fixed Contract
Salary £25,000
– We provide free lunch, sandwiches, baguettes, salads, hot food
– 20 days holiday per year, + 8 bank holidays. additional 1 day for every calendar year up to 25
– Non contractual bonus (1 months’ salary)
– Xmas time we close down, (3 days of holiday)
– Working hours are a 40 hr week
– Parking on site
