A Snapshot of Your Day
In this role, you will evaluate complex client issues and
conduct user consulting sessions to gather and understand business
requirements. You will optimize the performance of SharePoint Online
applications and collaborate with the development team to design and implement
large-scale solutions. Additionally, you will lead training sessions to enhance
engagement with Office 365 tools and stay updated on industry advancements
through continuous learning. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality
customer service and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Evaluate symptoms and
determine the root cause of complex client issues reported by various
stakeholders and end-users. - Perform user consulting
for any new / existing requirements coming from business. - Understanding business
requirements and develop product functional and technical requirements. - Optimizing/Fine tuning the
performance of SharePoint Online based custom applications (Power Apps,
Power Automate and SPFx) - Design, implement and
support large scale SharePoint Online applications. - Development and
implementation of new applications. - Increase engagement with
Office 365. - Enforce a high-quality
customer service culture. - Stay up to date with
technological changes in the industry with internal and external training.
What You Bring
- Highly skilled developer
with minimum 7-9 years of experience in SharePoint online, Power Apps and
Power Automate. - Extensive Hands-on
experience on Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint Online, Power Apps and
Power Automate. - Proficient in being able
to extend and customize SharePoint Online - Good to have Co-Pilot
hands on and knowledge. - Good to have SPFx
knowledge. - Experience with running
and maintaining PnP and PowerShell script - Excellent stakeholder
management skills within a global environment - Flexible and adaptable;
able to work in ambiguous situations; Good organizational skills. - Clear, logical, and
effective verbal/written communication skills. - High responsiveness and
keen perception. - Organized, ability to work
independent and within a team to achieve given objectives - Working with International
teams in a similar role a must
