Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire
a team of waiters to deliver an exceptional dining experience. - Maintain high service standards
to ensure outstanding guest satisfaction. - Oversee and comply with all food safety guidelines
and regulations. - Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and ensure a memorable experience.
- Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth, seamless service.
- Serve food, take orders, and clear tables
to keep the flow of service going smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience
in leading dinner services. - A knack for managing high-volume events, banquets, and large-scale catered occasions.
- The ability to motivate and inspire
a team to deliver outstanding results. - Mastery in carrying three plates at once
! - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Quick thinking and solid problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of hospitality trends, safety guidelines, and allergen procedures.
- A calm demeanor under pressure with strong multitasking skills.
