The class has a variety of abilities and needs, therefore you are required to be an open-minded and progressive practitioner with the ability to utilise differentiation within your practice.Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of all students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help each child achieve their potential.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student learning and well-being.
  • Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.

    • Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching at the primary level.
  • A current DBS check on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to continuous professional development.
